I have been going to Healthfix since 2023. The entire team has been amazing and I cannot recommend Healthfix enough. Caitlan has always helped me with my pain. Piper encouraged me to get into regular exercise and pushed me to achieve my goals. I enjoy boxing with Bladen each week. Maggie is a compassionate dietitian who takes the time to listen and answer my questions. Steph is always a friendly face at the clinic. Highly recommended Steph’s Better Being Bars.

I have been attending classes at Healthfix for close to 2 years. All the team are amazing. I injured myself last year with a torn ACL which required surgery. Caitlan has customised a rehab program for me and adjusted as I've progressed. Daniel and Jono have been so supportive. Working closely with Physios and exercise physiologists I've made great progress in 9 months and my motivation is still strong. The gym in general is full of friendly and supportive staff but also the clients that attend group training sessions. This gym is inclusive and mades you feel welcome regardless of your fitness or strength level.

Great place for both physiotherapy and exercise physiology. I worked with Piper to create exercise routines that I can do that don’t flare up migraines, and her friendliness, patience, dedication and expertise made for a really successful experience. I am so much stronger and can stick to a healthy exercise routine that takes into account my migraine triggers. I saw Mali for a couple of physio sessions when I injured my shoulder, and the treatment helped me heal up so much faster than I would have without. Very good practice with knowledgeable and friendly people.
